How long before my move should I book you?

Murry Transport accepts bookings and moves year-round across Montreal and surrounding areas. For the summer season, especially during peak times, it’s highly recommended to book your move 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For moves scheduled at other times of the year, booking at least 3-4 weeks ahead  helps guarantee availability and a smooth moving experience. Early reservations ensure the best service, especially during Montreal’s busy  moving season.

Murry Transport’s price includes comprehensive property and liability insurance  to protect your belongings and property during the move. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request for your peace of mind. Thanks to our highly experienced and professional moving crew, we have  maintained a flawless safety record with no insurance claims in near 30 years of service in the Montreal area. Our pricing also covers the expertise  and care that go into every residential and commercial move we handle, ensuring a trustworthy and stress-free moving experience.

Travel time? Yes
Non-elevator moves? No, but we do not do moves in or out of 3rd floor (or higher) buildings with no elevators
Specialty furniture items/extra insurance? No extra insurance available. Specialty items will be discussed during your free on-site estimate
New mattress bags? Yes
Wardrobe boxes? 5 wardrobe boxes are provided free of charge for the day of the move (to be returned at the end of the day) – if additional wardrobes are required there will be additional charges
Tape to wrap the furniture? No
Fuel surcharges? Yes
